Dealer Agreement
- •Dealers must provide valid business registration and GST documentation
- •Dealers agree to sell products at recommended retail prices (MRP)
- •Dealers must maintain product quality and storage standards
- •Dealer agreements can be terminated by either party with 30 days notice
Products and Services
We strive to provide accurate product information, but:

- •We reserve the right to modify prices with notice
- •Product images are for representation; actual products may vary slightly
Pricing and Payment
- •All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
- •Payment must be made against valid GST invoice
- •We do not accept advance payment without proper documentation
- •Dealer margins are as per agreed terms
Payment Terms
- •Payment should be made to verified company bank account only
- •Verify bank account name matches company PAN
- •Report any suspicious payment requests immediately
Product Warranty
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product and are specified at the time of purchase. We facilitate warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer policies.
Limitation of Liability
MPGS Agrotech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for crop failure or yield issues.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State].
