We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive defective or damaged products, we will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible for Return/Refund
- •Products damaged during shipping (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- •Manufacturing defects (within warranty period)
- •Wrong product delivered (reported within 7 days)
- •Expired or near-expiry products (if not disclosed at purchase)
Not Eligible for Return/Refund
- •Products used or applied in fields
- •Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- •Returns requested after specified timeframe
Return Process

Call or email with order details, photos/videos of the issue, and invoice copy
Approval
Our team will review and approve eligible returns within 2-3 business days
Return Shipping
Ship the product back in original packaging (we may cover shipping for defects)
Refund/Replacement
Receive refund or replacement within 7-10 days after we receive the return
Refund Timeline
- •Approval: 2-3 business days
- •Return transit: 3-5 days
- •Refund processing: 7-10 business days after receipt
Shipping Costs
For manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we cover return shipping. For other cases, return shipping is borne by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for defective products subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, we will process a refund.
